What do I need to know to pass the test?
The TASC test requires you to be a strong reader, writer and critical thinker. It has five sections: Math, Science, Social Studies, Reading, and Writing.
What is the test format?
The TASC test has a multiple choice format, with some questions that require you to fill in numbers on a grid. It also has an essay section. You will take the test on a computer.
What about my old G.E.D. scores? I passed some sections of the old test already.
Your old scores are good for the 2014 year. Beginning 2015, any old G.E.D. scores will be invalid and you will be required to take the entire test again.
